We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always pay ANY type of overdraft.

We pay checks based on the check number. With either Classic or Premium ODP Service the maximum overdraft (negative) balance is limited to $500.00. Any fees for the ODP Service are included as part of that maximum amount. Any negative balance must be repaid within 30 calendar days. The available amount of ODP Service will not be shown when you status the balance in your account, such as at an ATM, through internet banking, or through our Direct Teller telephone service.

What fees will I be charged if Fairfield Federal pays my overdraft?
Under our ODP Services we will charge you a fee of $25 each time we pay an overdraft. The daily limit on ODP fees is $100.00.

(This is the same fee we charge if we return a check because of insufficient funds.)
